Legal & License Terms

MMFP Solutions software is provided under a Proprietary License. The software is licensed for use, not sold. By downloading, installing, or using any MMFP Solutions software, you agree to the following terms:

• Free Tier: Licensed for personal use with specified limitations. Includes core features for individual miners and small-scale operations.
• Professional / Enterprise Tier: Expanded features and commercial use rights. Additional capabilities for larger operations and business deployments.
• Redistribution, modification, and reverse engineering of the software are strictly prohibited.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MMFP Solutions makes no warranties regarding the software, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Users assume all risks associated with the use of the software. MMFP Solutions is not responsible for:

IN NO EVENT SHALL MMFP SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if MMFP Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability: In all cases, the maximum liability of MMFP Solutions shall be limited to the total amounts actually paid by the user for the software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
